PVC floor is made of plastic whose primary element is polyethylene. By now, there’re two category of PVC floor; one is homogeneous type and the other is composite type.

Homogeneous PVC look exactly the same from surface to bottom so it can be polished and waxed as a new one in case there’s any damage on the top side.

Composite PVC has 3 basic layers: wearing layer, printing layer and foaming layer so its fire performance is not good as homogenous PVC.

Because of numerous design and color, PVC floor is widely used in house and commercial decoration.

Antistatic PVC floor is made from polyvinylchloride together with carbon fiber through vulcanization, mould pressing to create semi-stereoplasm tiles that has net patterns on surface.

As a homogeneous type, it can be fixed by polishing and waxing as well. Most importantly, it has strict requirement to electric resistance which must be tested between 10^6Ω and 10^9Ω.

It’s mainly used in computer room, data center and places require static free circumstance.
