Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor
2019.07.01As one of the presently most popular high-end raised floors, it is applicable to 5A office buildings and intelligent office spaces. Characteristic of novel structure and high bearing strength, it can retard inflaming and resist corruption without any pollution.
It is equipped with supports on four corners, of which height can be adjusted. As a kind of calcium sulphate crystal, it is high in integrated intensity and resists high temperature and inflaming.
The floor is made of calcium sulphate (a kind of organic material). Its core is made through dehydrated crystallization according to the features of calcium sulphate short fiber, and wrapped with choice galvanized steel plate. Considering that calcium sulphate can resist the high temperature of 1450℃, the seamless connection is made between the upper and lower galvanized steel plates when the floor is designed and made, which can block heat transmittance more effectively so as to increase the time of escape in case of fire. The intentional exposure of 2~3mm core on the four corners of the floor according to the characteristics of calcium sulphate is aimed at self-regulating the dryness and humidity of indoor air. There are angle keyholes on the four corners.
